Trump has called just about everybody something at one time or another. Didn’t he say people that pay taxes are stupid?

This is more serious than just lying. It is not normal behavior. We are dealing with a person who is unable to control his impulses. He cares about what people think about him—to an obsessive degree. When he, nevertheless, says something completely unacceptable—something that will lose him votes!— at least once a week, this is a person who is either “losing it” or never had it in the first place.
