Ms. Greene is an avid supporter of Q-Anon, and has won the GOP nomination to run for the US House from a Georgia district where GOP candidates are extremely likely to win.
Q-Anon is the brain-child of a few men who figured out how to make a living running an insane conspiracy theory con on con-servatives.
To think the RW thinks “The Squad” is a bunch of radicals, yet look at the bunch of conspiracy theorists the Republican Party is putting up, headed by their Cult Leader.
The scariest thing about that Q-Anon propaganda, is its long history of being used to demonize the “Other”. In the middle ages Jews were slandered as sacrificing babies, which then justified murdering them wholesale in a medieval holocaust that lasted hundreds of years. I shudder to think what horrors Q-Anon’s demented fabrications will drive their cult followers to commit. We’ve already seen one deluded sucker shoot up the innocent pizza parlor that he had been duped into believing ran a (non-existent) child prostitution ring in its (non-existent) basement. From “baby sacrifice” to “child prostitution”, a thousand years may separate them, but the tactics are the same … God help us if the results turn out to be the same, but I fear that may be exactly what Q-Anon wants.

Sick and wrong. I guess every generation has their own set of lunatic fringe to deal with, though.
