I’m with you, Gil, I have a pair of cargo shorts in camo color, they come in very handy on certain days when working around the yard and garage. But it is a lot of pockets to check before tossing them in the wash and I have to make sure the one pocket that secures with velcro is tightly and evenly sealed or the velcro will attack other items in the washer. Same with gloves and hats with velcro seals.

I Love cargo shorts especially the Capri style for ladies. :^)

Almost all of my pants and shorts are cargo. I have sciatic issues where I can’t put anything in a back pocket, otherwise I’ll be in a lot of pain. So I wear cargo and keep the back pockets empty (hover over my picture on the right to see me wearing cargo camos.

Cargo pants are fine. Sweatpants, or as we call them “give up on life pants,” are another matter.

Cargo shorts will only disappear if men start carrying purses.
