Born in 1960. Was the perfect age of 8 when Hot Wheels were introduced. Enjoyed the space race (we WON!), enjoyed the rise of rock music and huge live concerts, plus the rise AND FALL of disco. Watch the first winged spacecraft fly over 100 successful missions, saw the rise of anti-pollution attitudes and witnessed “Ecology” become a household word. Reached the draft age around the time the Vietnam war and military draft was ended. Saw prop airliner planes replaced with jets, and then shortly after the emergence of the twice-supersonic Concorde. Enjoyed the muscle car era and far more. Yeah, I think I landed at a good time, except for the 2016-2020 portion.
