The song I hope to hear from the AAPT (All Aryan Party of Trump, formerly known as the GOP) the morning after Election Day:
“The party’s over. / It’s time to call it a day. / No matter how you pretend, you knew it would end this way. / It’s time to wind up the masquerade. / Just make your mind up, / The piper must be paid.”
Apologies to Bells Are Ringning: book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green and music by Jule Styne (1956).
trump need not worry about his accommodation.. the tax payer will continue to provide food and lodging as he goes from the White House to the Big House.
That moratorium is largely weasel wording. “shall consider” and “shall identify” don’t do anything. The only action is as follows:
“The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall take action, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, to promote the ability of renters and homeowners to avoid eviction or foreclosure resulting from financial hardships caused by COVID-19. Such action may include encouraging and providing assistance to public housing authorities, affordable housing owners, landlords, and recipients of Federal grant funds in minimizing evictions and foreclosures.”
Given the careful wording, I expect that that will result in money going to public entities and private landlords, with NO action taken to oversee the process to ensure that evictions actually are suspended.
. . . and fire the Judge that let Michael Cohen out of jail again. Cohen just released the first chapter of his book and Rachel "Madcow’ just read parts tonight on MSNB !!! Fake news, all lies, but I haven’t yet know what he said. LOCK HER UP, LOCK HER UP !!!
Don’t recall if the Judge was a female or if he was talking about Rachel Maddow.

Don’t worry. If he is still there at 12:01pm on 1/20/2021, the Secret Service will haul him away in chains.

Jan 20, 2021 – Trump is out of the White House even if he challenges the election results ad-nauseum in the courts. The 20th Amendment says so.

His “handlers” at the White House would just turn the chart sideways to make it look like it’s going up!

Trump admits to slowing down the Post Office on purpose, he needs to be impeached again.
To bad the Republicans aren’t as good at virus suppression as they are at voter suppression.
