It’s not the tummy talking it’s the colon. The tummy gets full and says STOP but the colon says more, more, more. It’s insatiable. I read that somewhere.
There is truth to this theory. You have to learn how to fool your body into thinking it’s full. Based on the type of food you normally eat, it’s harder or easier to fool. Drinking lots of water can help.
