I ended up putting some of our ornaments on two rubber trees I could no longer keep at work and on the lower branches we don’t use on our Christmas tree (it wouldn’t fit in the house if we did), attached above an alcove. Another year I had some hanging from the ceiling fan (not needed to run in winter).
