Well well, what have we here? This is gonna get interesting.

Is she knitting a sheep?

a fate?

I love the little touch of the two dangly strings where she started the knitting project — that was drawn by someone who’s actually knitted once in her life. So cool!

As an avid knitter, I find it refreshing when an artist has a decent idea of what the act of knitting actually looks like. Well done, Ms. Ashwin!

I was wondering when the scarf-knitter from the previous storyarc would turn up.

And it looks like the knitter brought refreshments (platter on the table to her left).

Mal seems to be an unusual witch in more ways than one. So far the others are all women.

She’s the Mountain Witch right? the one that did nothing as Envy broke out and gotten a new host.

I’m a tad confused – but I’m sure that’s the intention. I LOVE this strip, and it always makes sense at the end. And… I don’t think we’re near the end yet. So… edge of the seat and confusion…get on with it! Thanks, Ms Ashwin.

Behold, the Mountain Witch! I hope O’Malley still has the blue scarf she knitted for him. I’m sure it’s in his bag. Perhaps she’s knitting something for Snarfy?

And that’s three. We just need to see a mermaid come through the fourth door and we’ll know what all the witches look like.

Okay, so if Mal, the City Witch, can see spirits, and Nyree, the Island Witch, can smell/taste spirits, does that mean that the Mountain Witch can… hear them?
