People will eventually communicate in a similar way to mimes. Facial expressions will eventually be limited to the forehead, eyebrows, and eyelids, with the eyes as the communicator, emphasized by body language. Spoken language will still be there, but for the hearing impaired, lip reading will be lost.
I wear a mask. But those that do not wear masks, usually Are younger and are lower on the risk Scale. Many will get it but will develop immunity and will be less likely to get again. So will that group become the strongest.

The mask hides the fake smiles. Genuine smiles involve the eyes as well as the mouth.
