The thing about this is that they are actually both true. No, you are definitely not that interesting and people really don’t care, at least not about what you are worried about. On the other hand, yes, people are always looking at you and judging you. It is what people do. It is how we navigate our environment and avoid danger or seek pleasure. I don’t think telling someone it isn’t true is helpful; but it does highlight the great need to be secure and confident in yourself. Easier said than done at times.
