Coming from Anubis, I guess this qualifies as gallows humor; certainly it’ll be the death of Nefertiti yet.

SCATTY_423, if you’re in the building, I replied to your characterization of bureaucracy yesterday… which doesn’t reflect the world I live in at all. But then, I live in circumstances much more blessed than most people know, by the grace of God.

And I’ve answered my own question: our exchange of posts is in the comments area of the previous strip, not this one. Perhaps I replied before the strip updated? Ah, well. You can check them out there if you’re still interested.
