Is this comic portraying a historic event? Because in today’s overly PC world, everyone gets a medal so no one’s feelings get hurt. Bah!
Our local paper once had a picture of the winners of some sporting event or another and there were 8 places on the podium. What do you give an eighth place finisher? A hearty handshake and a rock?
