Awful lot of cop-shops have been taking advantage of programs that increase profits for suppliers of military equipment and vehicles by sending “slightly used” items to them at very low prices… with only a few caveats. Like: you have to use them for particular programs. Or send cops for (military) training on how to use them to “best” effect: For shock and awe.

The sliver lining is that cops all over America are going above and beyond the call of duty to prevent Il Douche from having any chance at being reelected.

An Air Force general when asked about the cost of the F-22 responded, “If we didn’t intend to use ‘em, we wouldn’t buy them”. Exactly why this military equipment, and attitude, should NOT go to the police.

To a Guy with a Hammer, all problems look like a nail.

To a Guy with Urban Assault Vehicles, Body Armor, Tear Gas Launchers and Rubber Bullets, all gatherings look like a Riot.
