The improper choice of words can have terrible consequences. Just look at all the problems from the choices made by our Commander in Sleaze.
The Progressives are just as guilty. Using the phrase “Defund the Police” is only causing the Conservatives to dig in their heels in rejecting the idea. A much better choice is to use “Repurpose the Police” which addresses the cultural shift that is really necessary.
