The rioters — as differentiated from the actual protesters — want you to focus on the flames rather than the reason for the protests, which was the murder of George Floyd by four cops. They also give a wonderful backdrop for the president to declare martial law. Nobody honestly believes the rioters have anything in common with the protesters.
Bob was fine when Trump said Police should “Rough Up” suspects in custody. But Bob didn’t mean kill them…. just beat them up a little bit.
