The Power of refueling !
Yesterday I was dragging, then we got takeout from this really great Mexican-El Salvadorian place and I perked up. Must have been the hot salsa.
Doesn’t work for me. I lapse into a food coma no matter how light the lunch.
Every time I eat, no matter what I eat, no matter what time I eat I can’t keep my eyes open. I ate then got on the computer- i keep dozing off.
