Vanilla is a god-tier flavour, and I suspect anyone who doesn’t think so of having the palate of a child.
I believe it was enshrined in verse as “Vanilla is the finest of the flavors.”
I realized a few years ago that I’d been thinking of vanilla as just “plain.” But I’d certainly been missing out on a flavor delicious in its own right!
