The only phone number I’ve been able to memorize is — aside from my own — is my father’s cell phone number.
I sometimes have problems remembering my own phone number, never mind anyone else’s.

This guy is a complete moron. I’m not sure of the difference between a complete or incomplete one but he certainly qualifies in either category.
