Switch and electric fan on, one that can be directed towards the wall that has just been painted.

That’s questionable.
If you don’t train your brain, your IQ gets lower. That was proven for long stays in hospitals decades ago.
At least watching paint dry is better than watching the kardashians!
There’s actually a YouTube video of paint drying. It’s ten hours long.
Naturally it’s the male that is the wet paint tester. It’s in the male chromosome, see a wet paint sign, gotta test it.
