A neighbor’s son turned to wave at his brother in the gondola behind his and fell 30’ at the ski resort—and survived. (He’s fine now.) He was airlifted to a hospital near Tahoe where basically, that’s what they do in the winter for the most part is tend to skiers who’ve had accidents.
