The job of the president is to keep the citizens safe, Trump failed and lied about it and still lies about it and will continue to lie about it instead of testing which is what needs to be done.
There’s a difference between handing out government money that is used to clean up the environment and further science, vs. handing it out so people can buy foreign-made products…
