Around here, the little calves and sheep are soon to be born. It’s above freezing and the grass is growing again!!!! yahhoo!

But the weeds are getting a head start.

It’s above freezing here…..up to 43 today!!! woohoo……but too much snow on the ground to start the grasses.

Here in the northeast there is still snow on the ground, but thoughts of spring are above the ground!

With Stan’s bovine scents, I can tell something’s a little off, too.

AAHHHHH!!! The wonderful scent of the spring sun gently warming those meadow muffins!

I’m ready for spring!

You can smell a barnyard in the dead of winter!

We’re still at -20, it makes no scents to me…

I love being downwind of a farm on those warm spring days, when they spread the manure!

Around Atlanta here, they’re always spreading manure… especially at the capital.

yeah, lansing mi too D.C. spreads enough to fertilize all the lands of the world

Once spring has sprung here in MN, major flooding is predicted.
