    Sad to hear that. I must admit I had heard the name but couldn’t tell you a single song he had written or sung. Something I will have to look into. I went from listening to the Beatles, Herman’s Hermits etc, briefly listened to 70’s and early 80’s music, then country till “young country” took over. Now it’s classic rock for me.

    We never lose those that pass on and they always will be with us, no matter how short a time we may have known them. What a gift John Prine has left each of us. That will live forever.
