Many years ago I asked my two daughters what they wanted to be when they grew up. The younger one wanted to be a nun – and have six children. (Episcopalians are a lively bunch!) The elder shrugged her shoulders. “Mama, I’m six. I don’t need to worry about that now.” She did allow as how she’d be an Office Lady, but she didn’t want any children.

Actually, there are people who make blankets out of old plastic grocery bags…a benevolent career choice!
