Some Trumpster commented about how patriotic Trump was by helping veterans. The fact that he cut V.A. spending was ignored. Of course the veterans will vote for him.

The CDC budget was reduced 20% this year and the Epidemic Response Unit shut down for lack of funding. Bigly genius at work.

Trevor is 41 and dying of liver disease. He lives in a low-income housing facility and he doesn’t have health insurance. But Trevor is not mad at the state’s elected officials. “Ain’t no way I would ever support Obamacare or sign up for it,” he tells Metzl. “I would rather die.” When Metzl prods him about why he’d choose death over affordable health care, Trevor’s answer is telling. “We don’t need any more government in our lives. And in any case, no way I want my tax dollars paying for Mexicans or welfare queens.”https://portside.org/2019-03-13/dying-whiteness

Not this one! He’s compromising our future security by gutting the intel community. Even if he’s not re-elected, his damage will last another four years. Use the Korean War as an example. We gutted our armed forces after WW2, and almost got pushed into the sea five years later.

…and look at what gets pardoned. Corruption, perjury, tax evasion. He’s setting president precedent.

The situation in rural America has been deliberately designed by 1%ers to produce MAGAts. Just about where in rural America is sufficient for them to develop their views. Watch a few minutes of Faux news. It won’t take long, but keep a vomit bucket handy and hang in there as long as possible. Once your tolerance level is raised, try a couple of minutes of Hannity. ( I’m still only up to about 5 minutes on him). It’s a real eye opener. In some states, you can’t get much else, and the talk radio is even more insane. A lot of the people who are in the Faux bubble would really have to put out some serious effort to get some contact with reality, while they are constantly bombarded with conservative propaganda. And, the people they have coffee with, go to church (or the bar) with etc are dealing with the same situation. That means that real people that you know and trust are backing up what you are getting from the propaganda machine. Unless you are a really intelligent, involved person, you are going to accept the world you see, unaware that it has been paid for and organized by people who are working against your best interests.
