The police car pulled up to where a woman was talking to other officers with a guy they caught believing he might be the one who snatched her purse. As soon as they got him out of the car before she could speak he said, as best I can remember: “Yeah that’s the woman I stole the purse from.” Dumb donny needs to be on a remake of that old television show “America’s Dumbest Criminals”.
