Training for fishing needs beer unless you are standing in fly fishing waders which requires a flask of strong spirits.
Fishing technique I used was trolling, floating down the river, drinking beer and listening to Willie Nelson……

Neither pain nor gain… yeah, that doesn’t sound so bad, especially since I’m trying to lose weight.
One, two three … beer, naps, and pee … one, two, three ….
At least this training method isn’t socially awkward.
