    Did the worm once. Swore off mescal/tequila for 30 years thereafter.

    As mentioned, no worms in tequila. The “worm” is found in some types of mescal but never tequila, and it’s not a worm at all, it’s a larva from either a butterfly or a beetle.

    Also, why does the name of the place face inward instead of outward?
