Twig says, "What's Mom's deal?" Ted says, "She thinks we lie to her." Twig says ,"Careful with the word 'We,' my little peck." Twig says, "Girls never lie." Ted says, "That was a whopper!"
When our daughter was in junior high an older guy I worked with asked me, “Does your daughter lie to you?” I said “I don’t think so.” He said, “She will.” His daughter was in her 20s. He knew.
