We were in a restaurant in Pittsburgh and my husband (just started dating at the time) was mistaken for Kent Tekulve. This was in 1993. I knew who Kent Tekulve was but never really knew what he looked like since I don’t really follow baseball. I was surprised when I looked at a baseball card, they really did resemble each other in their youth. At 6’6", my husband was a couple inches taller though. We did get wonderful service that night.
