I had no idea what this was about so I looked up a few articles. Seems like just normal malfeasance among some state bureaucrats, a few defensive lies about lawyers and dentists, nothing out of the ordinary and not really worth a nationally syndicated cartoon from a two time Pulitzer Prize winner. Do a take on CA and PG&E or the NY Southetn District or the Texas public school system if you’re looking for something really out of the ordinary.
