I blame some 35years of Republicans sowing distrust of all governance, FOX News for just terrifying everyone and hate talk radio for filling any remaining emotional spaces with fear and anger.

I do not “hate” groups. Never have, won’t. I have occasionally hated one or a few individuals. But in fact, I think this may be an exact description of the problem: Too many people do hate by label, appearance, or previous condition of disagreement. I’m not a Christian, but Christ had a lot to say about how bad this is for you and your spirit. As did several other great thinkers.

Most of us I hope, were raised not to hate. Then, along came Trump. I rest my case.

Lady Liberty and Uncle Sam have become obsolete under the Orange CHEAT-Os dictatorship.

It is a sad hate of affairs isn’t it.

trump campaigned on building a wall.. so now you have one.. a virtual wall mind you but every bit as effective.

Do not neglect the base, from which the hate festers.

Only in Next Gingrich’s republican party did hatred for the other side become a banner of Pride.Trump has expanded that to hatred of Foreigners… environmentalists….economists…. even sometime his own party (Pond Scum anyone) …. but not Russians or North Korea funny how that works.

I see far more hatred emanating from the left than from the right. All one has to do is read the comments to these cartoons to realize that. Unfortunately, we have a tendency to use the word hate to describe what we dislike, and in this day and age these utterances are recorded and forever thrown back in people’s faces. So Trump dislikes murderers and wants to see such crimes punished, as do most civilized people. The man is thus cast as an evil hater. It is not conservatives who protest against speakers at universities. It is not conservatives who tell their followers to get in people’s faces when they are in restaurants or pumping gas. It is not conservatives who have tried to overturn an election by whatever means possible, including lies, bogus charges of corruption, and turning the constitution upside down with a concocted impeachment unsupported by any facts when the accused was simply doing his job better than most recent presidents. Hatred is worldwide and always has been. In recent years it has reared its ugly head in the USA like never before. However, it is the left who scream racist, sexist, and other invectives too lewd to mention here, and the right who attempt a civil discourse while being shouted down. If you don’t believe me, just read the comments. They are even far worse on the conservative cartoons as the cartoonists are attacked as well as the topic. Such hatred is indeed a sickness. Happy New Year (I hope).

Stable administration with little turnover. Mentally sharp — can speak extemporaneously on any issue despite lifetime speech impediment.

Behind Door #2 — 77-year-old, obese, bloated, cholesterol-laden out-of-shape old man who can barely hobble down a ramp aided by military escorts, with multiple state and federal felony indictments and more to come, who attempted a coup, wants to be a dictator, is corrupt on multiple levels, and broke every campaign promise he ever made. Promised to eliminate the national debt; instead blew up the budget with record deficits and record increases in the national debt. Promised better health care and full prescription drug coverage for less; delivered neither. Promised to build a wall along the entire southern border and force Mexico to pay for it; no wall (repaired a few miles of existing wall) and Mexico never paid for anything. Promised he would be too busy to take any time off; record vacations and golf days. Promised he would release his tax returns and then refused to do so even under subpoena. Promised to reduce trade deficit with China; left it at record highs.
