What about Beach Boys? Guns n Roses was a heavy metal band from the 80’s unlike the Beach Boys who did punk rock in the 60’s and I’ve never heard any of their stuff. How many other 80’s heavy metal bands were there? The only other one I can think of off hand is Motley Crue.
