I threw my back out one time by lifting one dish out of the dishwasher. Guess it was my time.
It’s not just pluggers. A friend of mine in his mid-20s racked his back lifting something too heavy at the FedEx counter where he works. He’s now fighting with Workers’ Comp to get his medical stuff covered.
Sounds like the return of Omar the Truss-Mocker…
