I have never had a cat and dog who didn’t get along. The rambunctious puppy may have required a closed-claw smack on the nose during playtime, but that’s it.
When I was stationed in Japan, a friend of mine and I was helping some Japanese students with conversational English. Sometimes we had to remind them that sometimes the words don’t mean what you think they mean.
