Today sort of reminds me of when I was a kid and would “borrow” a bit of my Dad’s pipe tobacco from the big canister he kept it in in the cupboard. I would shake the canister up a bit after I “borrowed” a bit so it would “fluff up” and not have a noticeable divot. :)
To address recent complaints about the quality of this comic strip, I now present you with the Unofficial Nancy Troubleshooting Guide. (Not endorsed by Olivia Jaimes, Andrew McMeel Universal, or any idiots from R’lyeh.)
Problem: Strip is insufficiently Spanish.
Solution: Read “Periquita.”

Problem: Strip is excessively Spanish.
Solution: Switch from “Periquita” to “Nancy.”

Problem: Strip is completely black.
Solution: Turn on monitor.

Problem: Strip is completely white.
Solution: Turn down brightness on monitor.

Problem: Strip is no longer as {funny,nostalgic,heartwarming} as it used to be. (Optional qualifier: “…back when artist drew it.”)
Solution: Read “Nancy Classics” OR use the calendar button to go back and relive all your favorite strips to your heart’s content.

Problem: Fritzi Ritz’s womanly parts are now insufficiently womanly.
Solution: Photoshop to tide you over, until the more strongly recommended therapy kicks in.
