    “Knocko the Monk” by Mager inspired a friend of the Marx Brothers to add “-o” to aspects of their lives as nicknames while dealing cards one night – Leonard’s chick-chasing, Adolph’s stringed instrument, the “grouch bag” Julius kept his money in, Milton’s gum (rubber) boots …
