Seen from outside the US, Warren is right in the middle of the political spectrum. Sanders is very slightly left of that, and Biden’s approximately HRC in drag: Far to the right of normal human experience in industrialized nations.
As a true believer I followed McGovern over the cliff, but I am willing to do it again if Warren or Bernie is the nominee. But that said I would love to see Amy as the nominee – she would kill Tiny with her wicked sense of humor.
What was the mistake.. your candidate won the popular vote by the largest margin ever. If there was a mistake..it was keeping an outdated electoral college process where you only need to buy the vote of a few instead of the masses.
Not quite, it wasn’t just that Hillary was a right leaning centrist; she was completely unlikeable with the style of a Tammany Hall huckster. Try not to sprain yourself patting your own back for political purity. 1/3 of this country really is fascist to some degree. They will not only oppose anything that is vaguely liberal, they want people like Trump.
Nice of Rall to admit that HRC ran on the most progressive campaign platform since McGovern. Maybe if it wasn’t so late, a few thousand votes for Stein & a few thousand votes from people who stayed home because they listened to the ‘Trump & Hillary are the same’ nonsense, could have saved us from Trump, Gorsuch & Kavanaugh.

President Obama says
we should not be moving too far to the left?
If thinking the very rich
should pay their fair share of taxes
is moving too far to the left,
then let us move too far to the left.
If wanting to end the corruption of our air and water
through clean energy is moving too far to the left,
then let us move too far to the left.
If believing we owe veterans
respect and support is shifting too far to the left,
then, yes, let us shift far to the left.
If wanting every U.S. American citizen
to have as much of the best education
as one can desire
is moving too far to the left,
that just proves how far to the left
we still have to go.

Please do nominate anyone other than the current slate that I watched on MSNBC or SNL for that matter.

Hillary is a progressive? I guess you do learn something new everyday, even if it is false.

You know what I learned from 2016? Not to listen to people trying to tell you your candidate doesn’t stand a chance of winning.
I’ve decided from here on in, I’m voting for what I want rather than what I’m willing to settle for.
