Read you loud and clear, buddy !  Lack of flexibility on our part and increasing complexity and crowding of components makes what used to be simple tasks a monumental undertaking. :-(

I can’t even do electrical work within 3’ of the floor without a stool. Forget plumbing. Happy to advise, though.

Hmmm a winter vacation in Aruba will be most appreciated when the icy winds start to blow thru the broken Warehouse windows.

Today is:

National Family PJ Day. Spending all day in your pajamas might work for the weekend or for retired people, but most people have to go to work or school today and can’t do that in their PJ’s. I’m off today but having lunch with friends at the food court in the mall. It’s my turn to bring dessert. I’m bringing the chocolate drop cookies that I baked on Tuesday.

National Spicy Guacamole Day. Nope. Not having that. I’m having a ham & cheese sandwich for lunch. Dinner will be leftovers from Tuesday (potatoes, green beans & corn). Planning on a late-night snack with hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll. A local bakery has been bringing these huge cinnamon rolls to our Walmart break room. Lots and lots of rolls. So many rolls that the bakery guy told us to feel free to take some home. So that’s what I did.

National Pickle Day. Not for me. I don’t eat pickles.

Woof, go back in the the warehouse and shut the door quickly behind you!!

At this point Woof should start cleaning himself.

We put up actual “No Soliciting” signs at each doorway and yet some have ignored it. One was a group of Jehovah’s who tried to say they were not soliciting ( I said yes you are, you’re trying to sell your religious views) and also politicians campaigning.

So now I have a hand written notes I tape under the " No Soliciting" signs that add “No Jehovah’s No Politics – But Scouts and School Kids Are Welcome”. That’s cos I always buy something from the local kids fundraising in the neighborhood. I don’t mind them at all.
