At it’s core it’s not Trump, it’s McConnell. And it’s not just the Supreme Court. Moscow Mitch held up or refused hearings on nearly 100 federal judicial vacancies during the Obama administration which he has now sworn fill before 2021. That in addition to the unconstitutional handling of the Merrick Garland appointment.

Our Founding Fathers were largely better educated than the average politicians of today, but they were cagey enough to devise a mechanism to avoid electing “heroes” bent on challenging the landed gentry. To this end, they created the Electoral College (whose members could be made to “tow the line”), rather than have the Populist Rabble elect a President.
Today, the Populists have a greater chance to elect a fair-minded candidate, but the EC and those who welcome anti-constitutional peddlers of foreign influence, as well as BIG MONEY, make that an imposing task.
Impeachment is in order, not just for Mr. Trump, but also for Messrs. Barr, McConnell, and others who have acted to obstruct Congress from performing their sworn duty to protect and defend the Constitution.
If you were up for jury selection, and announced your intention to acquit or condemn the accused not based upon evidence, but because the accused holds sway over you (in Congress, it would be due to Part Affiliation), do you think that a fair-minded Judge would consider you impartial enough to serve on a jury?
I think not. Yet it is apparent that in this, the most serious of trials, impartiality means nothing. All we can hope for is that America’s registered voters read these transcripts, talk amongst themselves (civilly, regardless of party preference), then advise their “Duly Elected Representatives” to be fair, or be gone!
