Edith and her mother must have had a special mother-daughter bond. This must be why she doesn’t want her replaced or forgotten.

Edith can be a bit miserable and critical but sometimes ……………

Empathy at the right moment

Edith feels for anyone who lost a beloved family member at such a young age, just like her.

Very sad and touching. On many levels. (Oh, and today is St Nicholas’ Day. How and why Dr Moore thought he would show up on Christmas Eve is anybody’s guess.)
