As someone who doesn’t follow sports, I have no idea what they’re talking about. There was certainly nothing to fit that description when my school teams played basketball. (But that was many years ago.)
Awwwwww, c’mo-o-onnn, get the poor kid some long wiggly balloons.(I betcha they won’t bother her as much as it would adults)
