Some things work better with friends

Friends can make a horrible day perfect.

It’s always nice to feel supported.

Working out for seasonal depression?

Hibernation will help too!

Nothing like a good work-out and with friends. Gets better if there is a project being completed at day’s end. Now all may be happy for finishing something of value ;-)

They must be influenced by all the depression ads on TV! Talk about pushing drugs on America……SAD!

‘Tis the season to become light-starved…I have that problem year-round (on top of my “normal” depression, for which I’ve been on meds for over 20 years – it’s a family trait). 3 cloudy/rainy days & my head’s in the dumper. I find that exercise doesn’t do much (if anything) for it. The only thing that does work is plenty of daylight. I’d be OK if I could live somewhere that had 16 hours of high-sky southwestern desert sunshine year-round. Failing that, I sit under a half-dozen daylight LED lights all day.

I am quickly beginning to love bun-bun even more than Cat! His empathy for others is admirable.
