You might want to scare up a spare fur coat, Red!

Rover would be cute in Red’s clothes; Red, on the other hand, would probably freeze his little behind off with nothing but a dog’s collar on at night on the last day in October!

Yes yes, us poor dogs always running around naked and licking things we shouldn’t. Isn’t it a Wonderful Life….. big smile and a LOL

If their Halloween is Thursday, that would put the strip in either 1963 or 1968.
