Why not? I’ve seen a few in photos who look like their lips were over-inflated. They look ridiculous.

Yess, they look like they have ‘balloons’ in various places.

No reputable plastic surgeon would give lip injections to a 13 year old anyway. I think she is even too young to get a nose job!

Also, how high it might be to no longer be considered stupid to the folks. There was a book one time named BRAIN WAVE involving an uplift. I don’t remember how it turned out since the author’s idea isn’t really the result which would be.
