I did it on a Full Race 250cc (?) Bultaco. I ran a corporate lab and had 4 Lab Techs that raced motorcycles, dirt track on weekends. I was invited out to their barn where they stored their motorcycles (I don’t ride.) They talked me into riding the Bultaco around the yard. Got it started, rough idle and I got on. So, I’m riding slowly, still at rough idle around the yard and they are yelling for me to open the throttle cause the plug is loading up. I open the throttle a little, nothing, so I open it a bit more, still nothing. A bit more, the motorcycle coughed, went to around 4000 RPM, and did a wheelie across the yard, I almost slid off the seat pulling the throttle full open.

tee hee, it is not uncommon for pitties to do weight pulling. It is more about brute strength and not speed.
