THIS progressive did NOT vote for Hillary. I voted for Biden in the 2008 primary. I won’t repeat that in 2020.

If he were Republican, they would all vote for him to GET WHAT THEY WANT! Case in point, Trump! They are getting what they want, tons of conservative justices for example. But you progressives refrain from voting for Joe and give the Republicans a lot more of what they want, they will love you for it.

Frankly, Joe thinks they’ll all get along. He doesn’t realize how toxic it’s all become. For that reason alone, we shouldn’t vote for him.

I would rather have a Senile Sedentary Biden to a Senile Energetic Trump.

To advocate for our more progressive candidates is to deny the power of Koch money, Evangelist’s hypocrisy and Fox news influence. I think that Elizabeth Warren will make the Best President, and I hope she accepts the VP slot in a Biden administration, but we need to stop the bloodletting of our ideals, morals and tax-money. For that we need to win. We need an empty suit. We need Joe Biden.

I’m a little surprised at your casual comment about dementia after the sensitive and insightful treatment of AD you presented about your mother. It’s often hard to generalize instead of succumbing to subtle cultural programming. Wear all carry these cultural residues. I don’t pretend to be innocent and gratefully acknowledge that many of your thoughts have given me reason to examine some of my motivations.

However true this cartoon is (and I think it is), if Biden (ugh) turns out to be the candidate, I will vote for him, because we can’t take this corruption and treason much more, and he is at least likely to have a better person as VP if he drops dead.

Sometimes the difference between “bad and worse” is much sharper than that between “good and bad.”

And if we don’t understand that, we won’t just be shooting ourselves in the foot – #45 will be setting people up to shoot us in the head.

This cartoon couldn’t even qualify as a liner for the bottom of a birdcage. More propaganda by innuendo…it’s the RepubliCON Way.

Have you noticed how brain damaged idiot Trump appears to be lately?

I didn’t vote for Hillary because she’s a woman. I voted for her because I think she’d be a damned fine President.

Rall is consistently over the top… and significantly closer to reality than some of the other cartoonists. Makes me think, which is a very good thing™ even if it is often uncomfortable.

PS: I’ll be supporting Warren (and Sanford) right up until the primaries are over. Then I’ll be supporting whoever is the Democrat.

To vote for someone because they are female is the biggest bunch of crap ever… vote for people based on their merits, what’s in their pants if not important

The problem with Biden is he does think we can all just get along, he’s a centralist. When you sit down at the negotiating table, you need to come in advocating for “A” because the Republicans are advocating for “Z”. Then you fight it out and meet somewhere in the middle. Biden is sitting down at the table already accepting a position somewhere around “M”. With Biden as president, we would be playing the whole game in their end of the field, because he yielded the first 50 yards before the game started.
