It depends on how long they’ve been “forgotten”…

Drabble must be from the south. “Scooter Pies” are what the southerners call them. They’re called “Moon Pies” elsewhere.

Scooter Pies were most famously produced by Burry’s, a company that rivaled Nabisco and Sunshine for a while. This company also produced Mr. Chips chocolate chip cookies, and many other snack cakes and cookies.

Yuck. I’d rather have an apple.

The chocolate will be discolored and brittle, the insides soggy. . .geez, Ralph, you must really have a habit if you’re gonna eat those.

I’m glad Ralph is happy, but I would never eat one of those things. They are bland and boring with a weird texture.

I haven’t seen scooter pies in eons! I used to love them as a kid. All you can find here is Moon Pies (which I also love!)

Scooter wants his pie back.

I only know of Wagon Wheels.
