I don’t understand. Man was obviously guilty and a total sleazeball. We will now save a fortune in his support for many years. Only loss is to the yacht industry; lawyers won’t have funds to buy them.
How many would have to turn a blind eye to allow someone to kill him? How many cameras would have to be compromised? Somehow seems more likely that security footage will show he killed himself, not the IMF.
The only thing I am hoping for is that as Epstein was a Hedge Fund Manager,and a Power Broker for the Rich and Famous as well as a pimp. So hopefully he knew that at any time he could be arrested, so he kept a Data Bomb ready to reveal all the people who flew on his “Lolita Express” and that Bomb is about to Detonate.
Epstein’s lawyers asked for their client to be removed from the suicide watch. But it’s okay, Bolshevik Barr is going to investigate thoroughly. He’s already written the summary of his findings. /s
He was certainly an awful person who leaves the world a better place because he’s gone. And he had “friends” who are very powerful people (and power equals money, and that kind of money means you can buy some behavior from folks who are for sale). But y’know, so far, I’ve not heard anything that couldn’t be explained by a combination of jailers being tired and pissed off… and lazy and stupid… which I don’t see as being unlikely.
Bottom line: I predict some poor schulb(s) will be punished for not keeping him alive while all the playahs breathe a sigh of relief … possibly one or more of the sighs being relief at not being called out for their role(s) in his death.
