That is a good way to freeze to death.
They must carry those holes around with them. Either that or they sweep the debris back into the water.
As a very small child I was not a big fan of fish until my dad and I joined my uncle for some ice fishing in one of those little houses on the ice, so fresh. It might have been Thunder Bay but not sure.
That is some dangerously thin ice to be out there fishing… :-)
